The second generation of the B-Klasse compact sports tourer is set to debut in the fall of 2011. The new Mercedes-Benz MPV promises to be an attractive choice for its targeted customers, due to the fact it will definitely be more upscale, spacious, modular and practical than the outgoing model. The spectacular MFA technical platform will ensure that a large array of powering solutions (gas, diesel, hybrid, E-CELL, F-CELL) can be easily implemented and offered as options to potential buyers. As part of the Daimler AG-Renault-Nissan alliance, the new B-Klasse will be the first Mercedes-Benz to receive the low displacement (1200 to 1600 cc) petrol/diesel Renault units, carefully engineered for maximum efficiency and power.
