UPDATE: It appears the first official details and photos of the new SLK will be released later this month, while the stage reveal is headed for Geneva, in March 2011. The video has been reuploaded - see it >> HERE.

Now, that's a big suprise!We weren't expecting to see the new Mercedes-Benz SLK-Klasse so early. The compact roadster was prone to make its official debut in January 2011, at the North American motor show in Detroit. However, someone thought different and released a French promotional video of the new open-top model from Stuttgart on Youtube, pretty much ahead of the previously established premiere date. Guess Merc was not ready for this punch!

Other than that, the car looks brilliant! We can't wait to see more of the new SLK in the next period!
