- The event will be held from July 11–13, 2008
- A total of 350 vintage cars from all eras are expected
- Lively entertainment program for visitors and participants
Mercedes-Benz will be presenting some absolute rarities at the event: for example, a Mercedes-Benz 540 K Roadster dating back to 1936, and a Mercedes-Benz 300 SL from the 1950s, with its characteristic gullwing doors. A further highlight among the participants will be the Mercedes-Benz 300 “Adenauer”, in which Queen Elizabeth II traveled through Germany during her first state visit after the Second World War. In addition, a Benz Victoria from 1894 and a replica of the Benz Patent Motor Car will be available for demonstration trips around the Kurpark.

- Saturday, July 12, 2008, 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.: Nostalgic Garden Party
- Sunday, July 13, 2008 , 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. : Presentation Ceremony for the Concours d’Elégance
During the “Long Mercedes-Benz Night” on Friday, July 11, 2008, Mercedes-Benz will be presenting its entire range of vehicles, from the early years of the company right up to the current range of new vehicles. The evening entertainment program will feature fashion shows, jazz concerts, and light and laser shows. Former racer Eberhard Mahle will be available for autographs at the Mercedes-Benz Classic stand on Sunday, July 13, 2008 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
The 32nd International Oldtimer Meeting in Baden-Baden is a Concours d’Elégance. It closes on Sunday, July 13, 2008 with the presentation ceremony. The jury will be awarding 120 different cups for rarity value and the condition of the vehicles, but also for special touches, such as attractive flower decorations or historic costumes.
