Michael Schumacher set the fastest lap time of the second testing day on the Jerez track - 1m20.352s which put him 0.061s ahead of Ferrari's Massa on second. The former champion completed a total of 112 laps, during which the team evaluated certain components and the general behaviour of medium and super-soft compound tyres paired with the MGP W02.
